Building the Integration Logic

To solve this, we didn't build another standalone search tool. We built a system that operates directly inside the Microsoft Teams meeting window. The logic was designed to make non-searchable data accessible. This means the system can pull information from PDFs, internal documents, and reports. A user can ask, "What were the key points from our last meeting with this client?" and get an immediate, accurate summary.

How It Works in Practice

The system automatically joins your scheduled Teams meetings as a side panel application. There is no setup required from the user's end. During a call, you can type a query into the panel and retrieve the exact data point or document needed in a few seconds.

Here are the functional benefits:
