Announced at the Association of College & Research Libraries Conference in Minneapolis, these updates are set to transform how users interact with the platform. Among the key features is the new Sentiment by Timeframe function, which allows users to track sentiment changes over specific periods. There's also an upgrade to the parts-of-speech tools and improved Ngram tracking. These changes, inspired by user feedback, aim to give researchers more control over their data analysis, tailoring it to their specific needs.

Jessica Ludwig, who oversees product management at Gale, emphasized the significance of these updates. She explained that these tools are designed to integrate seamlessly into various teaching and learning environments, enhancing digital, data, and AI literacy. Customization and Flexibility

One of the standout features of the update is the ability to upload custom lexicons to the Sentiment Analysis tool.
