What This Reminder System Does

At its core, the automation makes sure your meeting participants actually show up.
Here’s the flow:

1. You schedule a call and log the details in Airtable.

2. Make monitors Airtable for new entries.

3. When it sees a new call scheduled, it triggers a message (via 0CodeKit) to be sent to the person, reminding them about the call ahead of time.
   You can customize the timing, the message, and even the channel (like SMS, email, or WhatsApp) depending on what tools you hook up.

Why Use Airtable, Make, and 0CodeKit?

Each tool plays a specific role in keeping this automation smooth and flexible:

• Airtable is where your scheduled calls live. It’s clean, customizable, and super easy to manage.

• Make (formerly Integromat) is the glue. It watches your Airtable, processes the logic, and sends the trigger.

• 0CodeKit handles the actual message sending. Whether it’s via Telegram, WhatsApp, or another channel, it takes care of delivery.
  This combo gives you full control and visibility without having to rely on third-party reminder tools that don’t fit your exact flow.
